Mr. Fisher, Minister for Agriculture, is campaigning Quebec, attacking the Opposition. He declared that tiro party was preaching the doctrine of timidity and cowardice by refusing to accept the reciprocity agreement. Ho accused Mr. Sitton, an ex-Lauiior supporter, of cowardice in raising the annexation cry. The latter was utterly baseless. Sir Wilfrid Lauricr declared if they defeated reciprocity, bis heart would break.
