Boudin Christensen sued George Green for negligent driving of a mo-tor-car and severely injuring plaintiff, who was claiming £950 general _damages for injury to health and £75 special damages, The jury I > rough in a verdict of special damages £75 and general damages £275. The plaintiff v.iis riding a bicycle along tnc road in Palmerston. Defendant was driving a motor-car with a bicycle in the back of the car, the wheel protruding six inches over the side of the car. Tho wneel struck plaintiff in the small of the back, knocking him dow n and severe! v injuring him.
