Since the inception of No-licenso in Invercargill keg parties in the numerous reserves about the town have been a trial to the police and an annoyance to a certain section of the public. Several prosecutions have failed, and it has been rather difficult to discover bow to deal with the matter. Tonight the Borough Council passed a by-law prohibiting the bringing into cr consumption of liquor in any municipal reserve without the authority of the Council.
