MOROCCO.
FRANCE AND GERMANY. Berlin, August 20. The conversations regarding the Moroccan situation have been adjourned for a fortnight. Herr Von Kiderliu Watchter, Sectrotary for Foreign Affairs, is visiting Marsinbad, and M. Gambon is proceeding to Paris. German papers attribute the French firmness, which frustrated Germany’s diplomacy, to Mr Asquith’s and Mr Lloyd-Gcorge’s speeches.
