(Received 19, 8.5 a.m.) Sydney, August 19. Parliament wall be opened on Wednesday by Commission. Tho Opposition are annoyed at Mr Willis’s acceptance of the Speakership at Mr Holman’s invitation. Mr Wade considers tho possibilities of governing the House were not exhausted, and the Government should appoint its own Speaker. Mr Willis claims that no one with a sense of responsibility would thavo helped to precipitate tho country into two general elections.
