IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1008,” and “The Now Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1900,” and Amendments, the Whangamcinona County Council hereby resolves as follows : That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2500, authorised to bo raised by the V/hangamomona County Council under the abovementioned Acts, for the purpose of forming to dray road width and grading the Upper Mangaehn Road from the end of the present formation to tho Kohl Road Junction and thenceforward in grading and forming to dray road width the Ivohi Hoad for as far as tiie loan money will allow, the said Wlianga - lomona County Council hereby makes and levies a special rpte of Threepence (3d) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Upper Maugaohu No. 11. Special Rating Area, comprising subs: 2a, 2b, 2c, Block XIII., and subs. 2d, Block XIV., Mahoe S.i/., and sub 17, Block IX..
