A BANKRUPTCY CASE. (Per Press Association.)/ Auckland, August 18. Walter Francis Darby, warehouseman, applied for his discharge in bankruptcy at - the Supreme Court. Judge Edwards, . interrupting counsel. who was urging reasons in support of the application, said ho knew the whole case, anti -he had not thcslightest idea of granting a discharge. Mr. Earl, solicitor, mentioned that the estate had been 'satisfactorily wound up, and as far as be could gather, none of tho ‘creditors,wore opposing the discharge.
