CHOLERA.
INCREASING IN TURKEY. Constantinople, August 15. Cholera is increasing alarmingly. Out of 115 cases 64 deaths have occurred during the last twenty-four hours, chiefly in the Jewish quarter, which is crowded with refugees from the recent fires.
