—- : BATTLESHIP BUILDING. (Received 15, S a.in.) Berlin, Augut 14. The construction of three sister battleships occupied from thirtyone and a half to thirty-three and a half months apiece. Tiiis discounts the Gorman official assertion that the time occupied was from thirty-six to forty months, when replying to statements made in the English Parliament in regard to the accelerating of German building.
