SPECIAL MEETING OF REICHSTAG DEMAN i.^D. Berlin, August 10. Tire “Vorwartz” demands the summoning of the Reichstag to consider Germany’s policy in Morocco. (Received 11., 10.-15 a.m.) London, August 10. “The Times’ ” Paris correspondent states that negotiations have not yet led to any basis for final agreement. Germany' has abandoned her claim to tire entire French Congo, and negotiations have reached a more reasonable phase. With a possible exchange of certain regions in French Congo for regions in German Cameroon:;, the German claims in this regard aie still considered excessive. Berlin, August 10. An officially-prompted news agency states that France is offering the hinterland of the Cameroons from Lake Chad to the junction with a line running eastward from Libreville n French Congo.
