CHOLERA IN FRANCE. (Received 10, 10.0 a.m.) Paris, August 9. Since Sunday 27 cases of cholera have been reported at the lunatic asylum at Marseilles, of which twelve cases have proved fatal. Owing to heat waves the deaths in Paris for tiie past fortnight were 533 above the normal.
