THE ELECTIONS. Ottawi, July 28 Election activity has begun iv the Quebec province. The Fro non Nationalist leaders are arranging a cam paign, the chief plank in their platform being opposition to Sir Willi id Laurier’s naval poliev. Sir Wilfried Laurier, in the House of Commons, announced that as soon as the vote was taken on the reciprocity question the House would proceed to discuss the estimates. As the Conservatives have pledged themselves to refuse supply until the elections are held on the reciprocity issue, the Premier’s statement is taken to mean an immediate dissolution of Parliament.
