}: Press Association.) ■ Blenheim, July 27. The flood waters have now receded. Most of.the bridges have been strained, afid are unsafe for traffic. The Opawa. River broke through its bank east’of Blenheim yesterday and flooded The Dillon’s Point district, some losses of stock resulting. The first mail since Saturday arrived to-day, and was brought by trap from Pietou. The Molcsworth Road is washed away in many 7 places. Serious floods are reported in the Flax bourne district. It is honed to rotoro the train service with Picton to-morow.
