In a habeas corpus action at Montreal, the wife of Osborne Haynes, an American broker, is seeking the custody of her cbiJden which the father had kidnapped. The wife declares herself a daughter of Archduke Rudolph of Austria, who committed suicide after big/marriage to an Austrian baroness. She states that Haynes ill-treated her because she failed to secure the Austrian Emperor’s recognition. She is now seeking divorce.
