AERIAL NAVIGATION.
(Received 26, 10.30 a.m.) London, July 25. From Edinburgh to-day’s flight in the “Daily Mail” race resolved itself into a contest between Vedrines and Beaumont, the latter reaching Carlisle via Stirling with a broken propeller. The other aviators were hopelessly in the rear through various machine mishaps. Beaumont made a magnificent flight, and reached Manchester half an hour before Vedrines.
