Further particulars of the disappearance of Mr and Mrs Albert Taylor, of Four Fathom Bay, Pelorus Sound, show that they left Mgnaroa in a launch on the evening of tho loth inst. for their home, distant twelve or thirteen miles, and have not since been heard of. Word was not received from Four Fathom Bay till last Saturday that the Taylors had left for their homo, and it was thought there that they had stayed longer than intended. The captain of the steamer Elsie reports that on the • vemng of the loth he saw a flare off Homewood Point, about six miles from Manama, but took it for a lire on the beach. A tin and cushion have been found and have boon recognised as belonging to Mr. Taylor’s launch, but search parties have discovered no fu!ther traces.
