President Taft, in a message expressing his delight at tHo passage ;of the Reciprocity Bill, says it indicates an increase in the mutual benefit relations between Canada and the United States.
Congress is expected to adjourn until the middle of August. It is. stated in railroad circles at St. Paul’s that the numerous lines already built on the frontier will cross into Canada when reciprocity is effected. 1
