MR LLOYD-GEORGE EMPHATIC. London, July 22. Mr Lloyd-George, speaking at the Lord Mayor of London’s banquet to bankers, without specially naming any Power, emphatically declared that where vital interests were ejucoircd Britain would not allow herself to be treated as if or no account in tho Cabinet of Nations Newspapers predict that the bpi ec.li will have a moderating influence upon Germany.
