London, July 21. In the match Hampshire v. Worcestershire, Fry scored 120 run our). I'THE GfJURTS. o PROBATE DECISION. (Ter Press Association.) Wellington, July 21. The Full Court gave judgment today in an application for probate of the will of James McDonald, late of Hamilton, labourer, who died in October, 1906. The estate was valued at £l6O. The Episcopalian and Wesleyan Churches at Ngaruawabia are the residuary beneficiaries. By a majority finding (Judges Dcnniston, Edwards, Chapman, and Sim) the court upheld the contentions of Mr MacDonald, solicitor to the Public Trustee, and granted probate on a power of a ttorney executed as a will and containing testamentary directions. The Chief Justice dissented.
