FLOODS IN ALASKA.

Ottawa, July 21. Floods at Valdez, Alaska, are due to the heat wave. A huge volume of water burst from a glacial lake and flooded the surrounding country. In Valdez tho streets were inundated, and soldiers are protecting property.
