RACING APPEAL COURT.
CASE OF ROBERT BARLOW. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, July 21. The Racing Appeal Court (Judges Clifford, Miller, and Stringer) have iriven their decision in the a i- peal by tne Egmont Racing Club against tno decision of the Taranaki Committee regarding the disqualification of Robt. Barlow. The judges are satisfied); that the case is governed by a previous decision in the Julian case, a 3ppy of which is forwarded Hy the judical committee of Egmont Club, wmcn. m the opinion of the judges, was only constituted. The judges, thoicprc, refer the matter back to the .-mwciai committee in order that limy .may rehear the case on the lines indicated m the judgment before referred to.
