(Received 19, 10.35 a.m.) London, July 18. At Edinburgh the King presented new colours to the Royal Company of Archers —his Scottish bodyguard. He held a great levee, and knighted the Provost" Mr. Brown, and the Town Clerk, Mr. Hunter.
