SALE OF LARGE TRACTS OF LAND. (For Press Association.) Auckland, July 17. The native meeting was continued at Waahi to-day. The whole day was occupied in receiving the signaturesof delegates of various hapus to resolutions passed on Sunday, each of the series requiring signature if possible. The preliminaries connected with the sale of various large tracts of land will bo considered to-morrow. As the blocks in question aggregate some 800,000 acres, several days will bo occupied in obtaining for their disposal the signatures of the various owners. The meeting is expected to last well into next week.
