DAIRY FACTORY MEETINGS.

■ ANNUAL REPORTS. The annual reports to be submitted to the annual meetings of shareholders in the Stratford and Midhirst dairy factories aro now in circulation. STRATFORD. The report states; —Your directors have pleasure in presenting to shareholders a satisfactory statement of the year’s operations. The following table will be found interesting:— 1909-10 1910-11

The working account shows a balance of £3791 15s 6d. This will bring the average paid for butter-fat for the year to 10.89 d per lb. The retiring directors are Messrs. J. F. Body, M. Gernhpefer, and E. Marfell, who are eligible for re-election. Messrs. Body and Gernhoefer do not seek re-election. You will also bo asked to elect two directors to fill the vacancies caused by the resignations of Messrs. J. H. Corbett and A. Fanil.' Mr Batey, who has been manager for the past fifteen years, has resigned, and Mr. Wm. Y. Kirknian. of Franktoh' Junction, was appointed to fill the position. In accordance with the refcoinmeindation of the shareholders at last annual meeting, an up-to-dath cream pasteurising plant has been installed at the factory,, at a cost of £550. Mr. T. H. Penn again offers his services as auditor. i; The meet rug will bo held at the Town’ 1 Hall at 11 a.m. on July 31st. MMhirst.
