AUCKLAND WHARF THEFTS.

(Per Press Association ) Auckland, July 17. At the Police Court, John Alexander Mclntyre, occa: ionally employed as a tally clerk, was charged with having stolen from the Auckland wharf a case of cigarettes valued at £36, the property of Wiustono an ! Co. The case had similar features to that in which Haddon was concerned. Accused was rcnnuided on hail ol two sureties of £75 each, and ordered to report himself to the police daily. Jus Fireman, carrying on business at Auckland, was arrested in Wellington yesterday charged with wharf pilfering.
