WIDOW OF FAMOUS "MAN. London, July 14. The widow of Sir James Outram is dead at the age of 99 years. LORD CRANBROOK. London, July 14. Earl Cranbrook (John Stewart Ga-thorne-Hardy) is dead; aged 72 years. Ho spent His early life in the army, retiring while still a lieutenant, although ho became a colonel of Kentish Volunteers. He sat in the House of Commons for Rye and the County of Kent. The Hon. Captain Gath-orne-Hardy, who was an aide-de-camp to Lord Plunket while ho was Governor of New Zealand, succeeds to the title.
