' '• Mr Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, promised that if the local authorities paid half the expense, the Government would he prepared to exf tend the sanatorium benefits to the insureds’ wives and families. 1 PARLIAMENT BILL DISCUSSED. i - ■ London, July 13. Forty 'Unionist members of the House of Commons,-in sympathy with a fighting policy,' met at St. Stephen’s. There was a strong feeling against the voluntary acceptance of the Parliament Bill. Many Unionists deprecated the meeting, not desiring to pledge the- Party to any particular action at the present juncture. ANTI-HOME RULE. London, July 13. There was a vast anti-Horne Rule procession at Belfast on the anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne.
