NAPIER SESSIONS. (Prr Press Association.) Napier, July 7. In tlie Supreme Court to-day an old man named Robert Gunning Bell eras re-tried on a charge of carnally knowing a girl under the age of sixteen years at llataman. The jury at the previous hearing having failed to agree, a verdict of net guilty was returned, and the prisoner was discharged. _ -
