'J ho executive of the A. an ! P. Association met last night, when Lfioie were present. Messrs. Kirkwood [in li e chair in tho absence of Mr. Dingle). Dobson, 11 11 bbs, Healy and Stchr. There were also present the following representatives of Schedule Committee: —Horses, Messrs A. Stewnit. J. Shatter, and A. Hdzelton : cuttie, Mr. B. Harkness; dogs Moms T Kirkwood and Stohr. Mr. J. B. Richards sent a written report on tho borne industries section. All tho schedule committees made •progress reports, and intimated that final reports would be presented next I’ i day. Tiio horse schedule committee recommended that the Pony Scamper bo deleted, and the cattle committee vo comm ended that in the grad-; section for dairy cattle three judges be engaged. Tl>' matter of ordering timber for the horse and cattle boxes was held over till next meeting, wlmn Mr. Ibniiy will submit a plan. It was decided thar the usual price f ir accommodation be charged for tho use of the paddock at tho ground It was decided that in future the exec olive will meet on. Thursdays instead of Fridays.
