London, July 7. Sir E.Grey announced that the arbitration treaty between the U.S.A. and Britain wool I shortly be signed. Washington, July 7. Messrs Bryce and Knox have signed the first schedule of the Arbitration Treaty. Certain Anglo-Ameri-can pecuniary claims, with the terms of their submission to arbitration, are in accordance with the tei'ms of the agreement’ signed last August. A conference was subsequently held to consider details of the proposed arbitration treaty, which will be completed in time to present to Congress for ratification.
