PERSIAN AFFAIRS.
(Received 5, 9.40 a.in.) Teheran, July 4. Numerous telegrams which' have been exchanged l between the Cabinet, the Regent, and the loaders of the Mojiiss , have had the effect of inducing Muhtashhu, who recently left Persia, -to return and resume the Premiership.
