London, July 3. French torpedo boats are at Dover, ind tugs are stationed in the Channel, awaiting to-day’s Calais-to-Dqver riction of tho aviation circuit race. (Received 4, 8.5 a.m.) London, July 3. Enormous crowds assembled at daybreak, in beautiful weather, to witless : tho race from Calais, to Dover. Ycdrines was first to arrive, followed by Vidart and Gibert. Numbers of ither aviators also crossed safely.
