DISPUTED TERRITORY.
(Received 3, 9.45 a.m.) Berlin, July 2. Advices from Batavia state that' fighting has occurred on the disputed frontier territory in Timor. The Portuguese occupied a district claimed by the Dutch. The latter withdrew their detachment, but subsequently sent reinforcements.
