THE NEW MINISTRY. Paris, June 28. The new Ministry is MM. Caillaux (Minister of the Interior), Cruppi (Justice), Deselves, who is Do Freycinet’s nephew (Foreign Affairs), Delcasse and Klotz (Finance).
