DECLARATION OF LONDON.
LAW T JOURNAL’S CRITICISM. By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright. United Press Association. London, June 25. The Law Journal, describing the campaign against the Declaration of London as fallacious and ill-informed, declares chambers of commerce, slapping interests, and admirals are usually not well lifted to appreciate changes in international law. The paper adds that more attention is due to the weight of judicial authority. Moreover, the Government lias undertaken to stipulate, in ratifying the Declaration, that tho interpretative report be embodied in the agreement.
