The results of the examination can only lie described as ghastly, and revolting. The doctors who subsequently examined the remains declare that the corpse, which is .believed to ho that - of a girl aged 1.8, who disappeared about, a year ago from the neighbourhood, must have been, in the chimney for many months. The police arc now following every possible clue in the hope of arresting the perpetrators of the ghastly murder, for that the girl was murdered before her body was placed in (.he chimney the export examination leaves little doubt.
