A land ballot was conducted yesterday at the Crown Lands Ollicc, Sow Plymouth, tor sections in the I'otoro, Warn, Opaku, Opunake, and i’aurakawa survey districts. In some vises applicants drawing the lucky .uarble lost their opportunity owing to failure to pay the necessary deposit.
