The Lieutenant-Governor-has ordered the re-opening of the Marine Court of Enquiry to ascertain if there had been a miscarriage of justice in depriving the captain of- tno “Now Guinea” of his ticket for six months. Tin’s is the first rc-openiug of a marine case on record.
