On the same day, on account ol Mr. W. Clements, wo sold by auction at the mill, a quantity 7 of timber, which made satisfactory prices. We also hold a clearing out sale of furniture and effects on' account of Mr. W. McKay. There was a good attendance, and satisfactory prices were obtained. At Eltham on Wednesday, 14th, we held our ordinary stock sale. All the pans were filled, and most of the stock changed hands at satisfactory prices. Fat cows made C(5 to £6 Bs, fat and forward do. £ ! 10s to £5 Is,'store and fresh do.
