NO-LICENSE CONVENTION

PROSPERITY UNDER PROHIBITION. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, June 10. Tho afternoon was occupied in hearing statements regarding the operation of no-licenso in prohibition areas Tho Roy. W. G. Elliott, Ashburton was convinced of the'beneficial effects of uo-liccnso, and said tho industrial md commercial, prosperity was in no way retarded. The town was clean and prosperous. Messrs 'l'. J.
