All disputes and objections arising out of t!io racing shall bo settled bv tiio Judicial Committee. (See Rule 81). 7. Riders and drivers must weigh nut in full jockeys’ colours and brooches. 8. Protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £5, and must bo in the I muds of the Secretary within ton minutes of the decision of the race. The deposit foe is forfeited to the Trotting Association should the objection lie dismissed. 9. Riders and drivers must present at scale current season’s licenses. 10. Alt horses must bo ridden or driven out to the satisfaction of the patrol stewards.
