Protests must he accompanied by a deposit of £5, and must bo in (he hands of the Secretary within ten minutes of the decision of the race. 'The deposit fee is forfeited to the Trotting Association should the objection be dismissed. !). Riders and drivers must present at scale current season’s licenses. 10. All horses must be ridden or driven out to the satisfaction of the patrol stewards.
