Nominations must he accompanied hy necessary fees, otherwise they will lie rejected; also, age, sox, colour of horse, and colours to he worn hy rider. 5. Nominations must contain last three performances (winning or losing). 'The omission of compliance munition invalid. (See Rules). (I. All dispnles and objections arising out of the racing shall he settled hy the Judicial Committee. (See Rule 81). 7. Riders and drivers must weigh out in full jockeys’ colours and breeches. 8. Protests must he accompanied hy a deposit of £5, and must ho in tfie hands of the Secretary within ten minutes of the decision oi too race.
