THE NEW ROSS INCIDENT. (Received 9, 8.90 a.m.) ■London, June 8. The corporation of New Ross, Ireland, has discussed the action of the youths who tore down the flags. It is stated that the flags were New Zealand Ensigns, not Union Jacks. r l lie offenders were youths who did not belong; to the town.
