Nominations must be accompanied by necessary fees, otherwise they will be rejected; also, age, sex, colour of horse, and colours to be worn by rider. 5. Nominations must contain last tnree performances (.winning or losing). _ The omission of compliance initiation invalid. (See Rules). 6. All disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Judicial Committee. (See Rule 84). 7. Riders am! drivers must weigh out in full jockeys’ colours and breeches. 8. Protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £5, and must be in the hands of the Secretary within ten minutes of the decision of the race. The deposit fee is forfeited to the Trotting Association should the objection lie dismissed. 0. Riders and drivers must present at scale current season’s licenses. It). All horses must he ridden or driven out to the satisfaction of the patrol stewards.
