A COMPREHENSIVE MEASURE. Sydney, May 31. In the Assembly, Air. G. S. Booby (Alinister for Labor) cleared the way for Hie introduction of a comprehensive new measure dealing with the industrial laws. Hi* proposes- to repeal all the previous legislation and codify the existing laws, including important new proposals grafting the principle of conciliation on to the principle of compulsory arbitration.
