PUBLIC MORALS.
AN IMPORTANT MANIFESTO London, May hi. The Dukes of Fife and Argyl, Lord fc-trathcona, several bishops, Air. Ramsay MacDonald. General Booth, and others, have issued a public moials manifesto dealing with the questions of tiio birthrate and pernicious literature, urging the necessity toi education in tiic duties of parenthood. It declares the tendencies of age make it imperative that the young should bo taught high conceptions of marriage.
