AN TAX PORT ANT JUDGAIENT. Sydney, Alay 20. The Full Court’s reserved decision in the local option test appeal case arising out of the late local option poll, unanimously finds that the reserved vote of 1910 did not rehabilitate the licenses cancelled by the 1907 vote. At the 1907 election, Lcicliardt electors voted reduction. At last election limy reversed that, decision, and voted for continuance. Tim point at issue was whether the last nullified the previous vote,.Giving the hotels voted out in 1907 the right lo keep open. The case was a test one, and altogether 1/2 hotels were e.fiVijted. r r nvcsenti;ig property valued at nearly ,C 100,000.
