GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.
CLAMORING EOR MORE CRUISERS. Berlin, May 29. The membership of the Navy League is now 1,034,987. The annual meeting unanimously adopted a resolution advocating the building of a' third armored cruiser annually until '1917. The president (Grand Admiral von Koester) stated that Britain had forty armored cruisers, whereof twenty-nine had a speed of twenty-three knots, or upwards. The slowest, with a speed of twenty-one, would take fifth place in the German navy.
