FRENCH JUSTICE.
(Received 30, 8.5 a.m. ) Paris, May 29. A woman who had been ekeing out a precarious livelihood by making cigarettes from Government tobacco, thereby infringing the monopoly, has been fined £4762, in default two years’ imprisonment.
